This warranty does not cover LEDs, and damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective and whether it will be repaired or replaced.

Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products and does not cover any other costs or damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury.
